If your order arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us on 01234567890 as soon as you receive it, with a photo if possible, and we will help you.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the conditions for exchanging or returning perfumes are set by the store and are confirmed with you by phone.

The store owner can replace this text with the exact return and exchange policy from the admin panel.
